Fles kapot maar met goede service geholpen

Ik heb 2 maanden geleden een fles besteld, afgelopen week viel mijn plastic randje eraf. Ik heb gelijk contact opgenomen met mycustomized hierbij gaven ze aan dat het buiten mijn garantie viel. Wel hebben ze me gelijk aangeboden om de dop opnieuw te bestellen en de verzendkosten te laten vervallen. Ik ben zeer tevreden dat er makkelijk via de mail contact is en dat er snel wordt gereageerd.

Fles lekt

Bij ontvangst rietje met scheur, netjes opgelost, nieuwe toegestuurd gekregen.
Na 2maanden gebruik lekt de fles opeens gigantisch, blijkt dat er een klein rubberringetje weg is uit de dop. Oplossing is alleen een nieuwe dop kopen met verzendkosten (+-13euro). Zonder garantie dat dit niet weer gebeurd.. Fles was verder goed, klantenservice ook snelle reacties, maar productkwaliteit valt enorm tegen..

Na contact tegemoetkoming gekregen voor de verzendkosten, dus dat is top service!
Hopen dat het rubbere ringetje nu langer blijft zitten :)

Twee flesjes met naam besteld. Ik ben erg blij met mijn bestelling. Het heeft mijn verwachtingen echt overtroffen. De verzending was ook snel.
